Privacy Policy

MMO Pay is a non-custodial payment tool. Funds move directly from a buyer's wallet to a merchant's wallet on Solana. We never hold your funds and never store private keys or seed phrases. We protect wallet addresses from public view, but Solana transactions themselves are public on the blockchain, so this is privacy-preserving, not anonymity.

We never collect or store private keys or seed phrases. We do not run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking, and we do not sell your data.

Buyers and merchants are shown as aliases in normal interfaces. Buyer wallet addresses are encrypted (AES-256-GCM) at rest and are never displayed in public pages or receipts. A merchant can see a masked address for payments they received. Authorized administrators can decrypt a full address for compliance, and every such reveal is recorded in an append-only audit log.

Payments settle as ordinary Solana transactions. Transaction details (amounts, the involved addresses, signatures) are public on the Solana blockchain and are outside our control. We shield addresses inside our own product surfaces only.

We use a single secure, httpOnly session cookie to keep merchants signed in after they authenticate with their wallet. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information where required by law or to respond to lawful requests, and we cooperate with valid legal process. We are not a tool for evading the law.

We keep merchant and payment records for as long as your account is active and as needed for legal, accounting, and audit purposes. To request deletion of your account data or your waitlist email, contact us at the address below.
