What MMO Pay is
MMO Pay is non-custodial payment software. It helps merchants create payment links and accept supported Solana tokens. Payments move directly from the buyer's wallet to the merchant's wallet on-chain. We never take custody of funds, never hold balances, and never store private keys. We are a software tool, not a bank, broker, exchange, or money transmitter.
Payments are final
On-chain transactions are irreversible. MMO Pay does not provide refunds, chargebacks, or escrow. A payment is marked paid only after it is verified and finalized on the Solana blockchain. Disputes about goods or services are between the buyer and the merchant.
Acceptable use
You may not use MMO Pay for anything unlawful, or to facilitate fraud, sanctions evasion, money laundering, or other illegal activity. Our privacy features protect wallet addresses from public exposure; they are not a tool to evade the law, and we will cooperate with valid legal process. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Merchant responsibilities
You are responsible for your payout wallet and its security, for the accuracy of your listings and prices, for your own customer terms and support, and for any taxes, licenses, or regulatory obligations that apply to your business. If you arrived through a referral, a disclosed percentage of each sale is paid to your referrer from your proceeds.
Tokens & networks
Supported tokens and networks may change. Crypto assets are volatile and you use them at your own risk. We are not responsible for losses from network conditions, wallet errors, sending to a wrong address, or third-party RPC or wallet provider failures.
No warranty; limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MMO Pay and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of funds occurring on-chain or via third-party services.
Changes & contact
We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes. Questions: [email protected]
